The Niagara Region (Zone D)
The Niagara 5-Pin Bowlers Association is a regional organization that promotes and governs 5-pin bowling in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada. While 5-pin bowling originated in Toronto in 1909, the Niagara Region has a rich bowling history dating back to the 1960s, with bowling centers in: St.Catharines, Dunnville, Fort Erie, and Port Dalhousie.
Mission: To foster and develop 5-pin bowling in Niagara, providing opportunities for recreation, competition, and community engagement.
Membership: Open to bowlers, leagues, and centers in the Niagara region.
Programs & Services: League play and tournaments, Youth programs and camps, Coaching and officiating certification, Bowling center support and resources, and Provincial and national championship representation.
Events: Niagara Open Tournament, Regional Championships, Youth Provincial Qualifiers, and Senior's Tournament.
